Hitra wind farm
Ackron
Statkraft is proposing a wind farm located 2 kilometres southeast of Melvich, in the Scottish Highlands.
The project is for up to 14 wind turbines with a maximum 150 metres tip height. Proven wind speeds on site make this an excellent location for a wind farm. The site is partially located within an area identified by the Council as having potential for wind farm development.
